SPB’s Quality Framework (DQF) provides an industry-developed best practices guide for the improvement of data quality and allows companies to better leverage their data quality programmes and to ensure a continuously-improving cycle of quality. It clearly details the important processes and abilities that help organizations to maintain a viable business outputs. In order to help business stability and effective business results, we have devised quality frameworks to be implemented across all business critical programmes.

We have clearly understood that, the major drivers for quality service and outcome depends mainly on the quality of process used to design, develop and deliver them effectively. This includes defining the roles, responsibilities and authority of those responsible for product and customer service quality and establishing guidelines. Such a quality framework of ours really helped us to improve performance of our specialist areas, especially from an efficiency perspective and enabled us to drive improvement in the divisions or silos of our businesses.

Once implemented and fully operational, our Quality Assurance Framework will give you the following benefits:

• Deliver an objective view of the residual risk at any given point of the delivery for the programme team, both project and product risk
• Report on the quality of the deliverables in absolute and “Earned Value” terms, allowing the key stakeholders to understand the residual risk contained within the programme at any given point
• Identify risks and issues inherent to the programme delivery and ensures that these are visible until managed or mitigated
• Provide metrics and evidence to support compliance to regulatory standards
• Provide direct support to the key decision points in the programme by providing objective and timely information to key stakeholders and the Steering Committee in terms that are meaningful to them.
• Frame the Business consequences of the findings (especially defects residual in the system or missing scope) via the outlined Assurance disciplines.
• Primarily assure that the programme deliverables are the “right things, built the right way”
• Help to drive through strategic transformation in change programmes effectively and efficiently.
